Dispatch Times and Packing

We aim to dispatch all items within three working days.

All posters larger than A4 size will be wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in a strong cardboard tube. A4 prints will be posted flat in a sturdy card backed envelope or may be rolled and placed in a tube if ordered with any larger prints.

UK Shipping

Individual cards will be posted Royal Mail First Class and all other items will be posted using Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48.’ There is also an option for express delivery where you can select the option for Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.‘

Germany Shipping

Customs Charges

For all orders sent outside of the UK customs charges sometimes be applied upon receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST PARCELS

It is very rare for parcels to go missing but when they do please note the following. Royal Mail does not consider a UK parcel lost until 11 working days after posting. International mail (outside of Europe) is not considered lost until 32 working days has passed. I am not able to replace/refund missing items until we have passed this time period. 

Returns

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.memoriprints.com operated by Memori Prints.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs (we recommend using a tracked service) and if the product is damaged in any way, is not received or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us via the contact form on the website or send an e-mail to info@memoriprints.com
